As the family and child advocate at Mental Health America of Lancaster, Shelby offers support, guidance, and hope. The transformative shift she experienced by becoming trauma-informed drives her mission to spread this knowledge, ensuring everyone is heard and understood with compassion and empathy. Shelby often says, "Be a kind human!" because everyone is dealing with something.
